It includes the initial Remodeling Operations Audit with no separate charge, runs for 90 days, and is limited to the first three clients. After the pilot, standard Starter is USD 2,500/month. What happens if I outgrow the Starter operational cap?
We flag it as soon as you approach the threshold — more than 10 scope changes per month, more than 3 active jobs at the same time, or any request that exceeds the 20 monthly hours. From there, the natural path is Growth: 55 hours, up to 8 dedicated estimates, and a written weekly operations report. There is no penalty for upgrading — the cap is held because it is what keeps the deliverable's quality.
Can I start with Starter and move up to Growth later?
Yes. Starter is built as the first step to validate the delegation model with a bounded cap. When the numbers line up — usually between the second and fourth month — the upgrade to Growth is direct, with no penalty for switching, and it keeps the context we already loaded about your portfolio and your templates.
